Event Holding is a course within the specialized knowledge block of the Business Administration program, scheduled for instruction in the fifth semester. The Event Holding course offers a comprehensive exploration of the skills and strategies required to plan, organize, and manage events successfully. This course covers the foundational principles of event management, including budgeting, marketing, logistics, team coordination, and client engagement. Through interactive lectures, case studies, and hands-on projects, students will learn how to design events that meet objectives, engage audiences, and operate seamlessly. Whether planning corporate gatherings, social events, or large-scale public festivals, students will gain practical knowledge in risk management, vendor relations, and post-event evaluation. By the end of the course,  students will have acquired the skills to create basic event plans, understand the industry's legal and marketing demands, and recognize the qualifications required for roles in event management; students will be equipped to create memorable, well-organized events that leave a lasting impact.
